Filter Bag Collection:
Design, manufacture and installation of complete filter bag collection systems.
Filter Bag Collection systems include: ducting complete with reducers with off-takes, bends, dampers, floorsweeps, hoods, flex/hose and inspection panels (if required). Also filter sleeves/bags, collector bags, mobile platforms, high pressure blowers, special nozzles and hoods, cladding/weather proofing and special arrangements of parts.
Dust Extraction:
Fume extraction systems include: welding fume canopies, Nederman/coral extraction arms, spraybooths, c/w sliding doors, lights, inlet filters, positive pressure fan with pre-filters, extraction plenum with filter cloth, kitchen canopies (s/s, galv. powder coated), c/w lights and grease arrestor filters; solvent extraction plenums, c/w slots; smoke/steam/hot air extraction with vertical jet fans, paintstore ventilation.
General Ventilation, sheet metal and specials:
General ventilation systems including: evaporative cooler systems, c/w ducting, adaptors and steel or punched plastic ducting, kitchen/bakery oven hot air extraction, extruder cooling, high volume low speed fans, wall mounted fans, c/w filters and hot air discharge ducts, toilet extraction, smoking rooms, spraybooth ventilation, weather louvres, cowls, motorised louvres.
General sheet metal and specials including: ducting, c/w reducers with offtakes, bends, Y-flaps, hoods, dampers and T-pieces, canopies, cyclones, ovens, enclosures, booths, various types of fans and vertical jets, weather cowls, louvres, non-return louvres, hoppers and stands, filter units, fume cupboards and many more.
